The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 11th, 2018 after the 10:30 am worship service. Please have your Committee Report into the Church office by Friday, January 26th, 2018 to be included in the Annual Report.

We are looking for folks to greet or read the Scripture Lessons for the 10:30 am Worship Service. If you are interested in one of these ministries, please sign the sheet at the back of the sanctuary.
PORT WALLIS MOVIE & DISCUSSION NIGHT
On Friday February 16th we will have our first movie night with a showing of a movie (to be announced later) starting at 7pm with a period of discussion following the movie. We will have popcorn with tea and coffee available for refreshments; a freewill offering requested. These movie nights are being organized by Michael Thompson (email@example.com) who is looking for additional Committee members to help with the planning and execution of our Movie Nights. If you are interested in helping, please speak to Mike.

If you are interested in being confirmed, please plan to meet after the 10:30 Worship Service on Sunday, February 4th. For more information, please speak to Ivan. Our Confirmation Service, along with Transfer of Members and Re-Affirmation of Faith will be on Saturday, March 31st (Easter Vigil) at 7:00 PM.
The United Church of Canada has major decisions to make…. These involve matters of changing governance and discovering new ways of being the Church in the 21st century. Because some of these decisions will have impact on Congregations, the people are invited to come together and discuss these changes. The Elders then will vote on these matters.
